PACE/Cautioned Interviews
Those suspected of breaking the law must be interviewed in accordance with the provisions of the Police and Criminal Evidence Act. If an organisation or individual is invited to participate in such an interview, specialist legal advice should be sought without delay which will enable an informed decision to be reached on whether to attend and, if so, how to tackle the questions which are likely to be asked.
